Afrobeats and Reggae Dancehall Artist, Raingad, is a Ghanaian recording artist, performer and song writer born in the Volta Region of Ghana. He understands his purpose on earth is to create music that touches our hearts but music didn’t always come easy growing up in the dusty plains of Aflao where it all began for Raingad.

As unlikely an environment as it was for a boy to dream of being a global sensation, Raingad still fell in love with music in church where he always followed his mother to worship. He began performing as Raingad Onward in school with early influence from Bob Marley, Senzo and Daddy Lumba. With motivation from childhood experiences of growing up in a less privileged society, Raingad started writing and recording songs in 2015. His art continuously and gradually is winning the hearts of music lovers across the globe.

Raingad’s energy on stage is outstanding and his antics during performances leaves his audience with memories which stays with them long after the event. His main aim anytime he mounts the stage is to get the audience excited and give them a show worth their time.
